At Alta Water, we stand behind the quality of our water treatment systems, installation services, and products. Because our solutions are custom-designed for your home and professionally installed to meet your specific water quality needs, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the customized nature of our water filtration systems, water softeners, water heaters, delivery services, and installation work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or products have been installed.

Each system is tailored to your home's unique water quality, household size, and usage patterns. Once equipment is installed or services are performed, they cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Service Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we do guarantee our workmanship and stand behind every installation. If you experience any issues with your system due to installation defects or equipment malfunction during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at no additional charge.

3. Pre-Installation Consultation

Before any installation or purchase, we provide:

  • Free water quality testing and analysis
  • Detailed system recommendations based on your needs
  • Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
  • Complete explanation of how your system will work

We encourage you to ask questions and ensure you're completely comfortable with your decision before moving forward.

4. Cancellation Before Installation

If you need to cancel your order before installation or service has begun, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made before any work is performed or equipment is ordered may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or restocking fees for custom-ordered equipment.

5. Delivery Services

For our water and salt delivery services, payments are non-refundable once delivery has been completed. If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Membership Plans

Membership plan fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership period.

7. Equipment Warranties

All equipment comes with manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of purchase. Warranty service does not constitute a refund but ensures your system operates as intended.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or installation. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you. This does not constitute a refund policy but ensures you receive fully functional equipment.

9. Customer Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your system's performance, please reach out to us. While we cannot offer refunds, we will work with you to adjust settings, provide additional training, or make modifications to ensure your system meets your expectations.
